The list of waypoints, tracks and descriptions marked on the map:
Colombian Pacific, known as the Chocó region is one of the world’s few remaining areas with no road infrastructure and still vastly intact rainforest expanses. It is separated from the rest of Colombia by impenetrable mountains with steep, muddy slopes covered by dense vegetation. Baha Solano and El Valle are remote towns here, practically completely isolated from the rest of the country. There is a stunning coastline, Afro-Colombian locals, lush jungles, countless waterfalls and Utria National Park. The easiest way to get there is by plane, but for the more adventurous, there is a cargo boat that leaves from the coastal city of Buenaventura.
The map is in the .GPX version suitable for most navigation apps. It offers marked paths that are normally entirely hidden, as well as numerous additional points of interest. There is valuable information regarding the entire Bahia Solano and Utria mangroves area that cannot be obtained elsewhere. Such a map saves you numerous hours of hassle and allows you to plan your trip/expedition ahead of time. It can mean the difference between visiting and not visiting a location.
