Wild yet comfortable adventures to the world’s most unexplored destinations
Expedition Coordinator
I’m Jan, and for the past 8 years I’ve been doing solo expeditions into some of the most remote wilderness areas on Earth—places like Borneo, the Colombian Amazon, Kenya, and more. Originally, these trips were for sound recording work. But the real skill I developed was figuring out how to actually get to these places: navigating unmapped terrain, building relationships with local communities, managing weeks in the field, and solving the logistical challenges that keep most people out. After years of following this work, gaining vast knowledge, and also conducting projects in isolation, I decided to start offering guided expeditions for individuals and small groups who want to have very authentic and lifelong experiences. These aren’t standard tours. They’re based on routes I’ve developed through years of trial and error in truly remote areas—the kind of places that require serious planning, wilderness skills, and local knowledge to access safely.
Access genuinely remote and unexplored wilderness without grueling conditions. For filmmakers, researchers, photographers, and nature seekers—comfortable camps, reliable local support, and organized routes make wild places reachable.
